In order to ensure the right to education for children with special educational needs, including those with disabilities, the Kamianets-Podilskyi City Children's Art School needs to install metal ramps
The task of ensuring the right of children with special educational needs to receive quality education is set out in the Law "On measures to address current problems of persons with disabilities"; the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine Resolution No. 784 of 29 July 2009 "Action Plan for Creating an Unhindered Living Environment for Persons with Disabilities and Other Low-Mobility Groups for 2009-2015 "Barrier-Free Ukraine", and Resolution No. 872 of 15 August 2011 "On Approval of the Procedure for Organising Inclusive Education in Secondary Schools".
The cost of the project is approximately UAH 60,000 (the price of 1 running metre of the ramp is UAH 5,000, the cost of 1 metre of metal handrails is UAH 1,785, in total, 7 running metres of ramp and 14 running metres of metal handrails are required).
