For the overhaul of the club room and the purchase of stage costumes for the Kolibayivka Community Center.

The Kolibayivka Village House of Culture provides cultural services to 1942 villagers who attend mass events organized and held in the premises of the institution throughout the year. The institution serves all segments of the population: from preschool children to the elderly.

There are at least 2 premises in the Kolybaivka House of Culture that are in disrepair and need urgent repair.

We dream of creating a modern art space on their basis, which will combine several zones and provide an opportunity to hold various kinds and nature of classes and meetings.

So we want to combine such zones as:

1. A choreographic classroom area with mirrors and machines with a special floor covering that will provide comfortable and safe choreography classes, shelves for awards and literature.

2. An area for rehearsals of a theater group, a needlework group, conversations, various art meetings with villagers and IDPs, master classes, workshops and other non-mass creative events. This area should have a comfortable corner with a sofa and armchairs, a "round table", open shelving cabinets to place interesting literature, awards, and decor made during the needlework classes.

3. The wardrobe area, which should combine a changing area for students with individual lockers, hangers and shelves for shoes, and benches. A storage area for concert costumes with horizontal pipes - hangers and shelves for small parts and elements of clothing and footwear. Preferably of a closed type (like a wardrobe).

It is mandatory to install heating in the form of air conditioning (as experience shows, this is the best way to provide heat in such a room).

This room needs major repairs, as there is no floor or ceiling, the walls are in a critical condition from the point of view of aesthetics, window sills and good lighting are needed.

There is also a small room that is suitable for organizing a bathroom in the house of culture. This is a necessary measure in modern conditions, as there are several clubs on the basis of the cultural center, which are mainly attended by children of primary school age, and we often meet guests from other cultural institutions and have to send people 250 meters to the nearest toilet.

In this room, it is necessary to conduct water communications, make walls, floor and ceiling in accordance with the standards of bathrooms, install a bathroom (preferably not a toilet), a washbasin, a trash can.

These are all necessary measures for our community center, as various competitions and festivals are often held on the basis of our cultural center, and amateur art groups, a folk group and arts and crafts groups are regularly engaged in activities. We also host various meetings and creative events, and we have only one room in the form of an auditorium and a stage. Therefore, we often have to "sacrifice" some activities in favor of others. This space will allow us to do several things at once.

The overhaul of the club room of the Kolibayivka Community Center will allow us to:

 to create comfortable conditions for spectators, team members and other visitors, 

 ensure proper working conditions for employees.
